Harrobia ikastola celebra La I Feria para el Empleo dirigida al alumnado de los Planes Singulares para impulsar su inserci\u00f3n laboral. Una nueva propuesta para acercar al alumnado a las empresas de su sector, en la que adem\u00e1s han tenido la oportunidad de mostrar los proyectos realizados durante la formaci\u00f3n y demostrar sus nuevas cualificaciones formativas, e incluso interactuar directamente con cada empresa. Durante la feria tambi\u00e9n se ha llevado a cabo una mesa redonda en donde las empresas han expuesto cu\u00e1les son los perfiles que buscan, lo que m\u00e1s valoran, lo que m\u00e1s les cuesta encontrar y las v\u00edas m\u00e1s utilizadas para la captaci\u00f3n de trabajadores. Sin duda, una informaci\u00f3n muy valiosa para la obtenci\u00f3n de esa anhelada inserci\u00f3n laboral.<\/p>\n

Plan Singular – Bilbao Ekintza y Lanbide<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bilbao cuenta por quinto a\u00f1o consecutivo, con Planes Singulares de Formaci\u00f3n y Empleo, para apoyar la actividad econ\u00f3mica y la empleabilidad de la poblaci\u00f3n residente, destinados de forma preferente a personas en situaci\u00f3n o en riesgo de exclusi\u00f3n en aquellos barrios en los que se ha diagnosticado una necesidad
\nespec\u00edfica.<\/p>\n

El principal objetivo del programa, impulsado por Bilbao Ekintza y Lanbide-Servicio Vasco de Empleo, es el de realizar acciones para la generaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de la actividad econ\u00f3mica, favoreciendo el aumento de la empleabilidad a medio y largo plazo y la calidad de vida de su poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, estos planes incluyen acciones de formaci\u00f3n, motivaci\u00f3n y orientaci\u00f3n de una manera integral para el acceso, vuelta o ingreso en el mercado laboral y puedan obtener una cualificaci\u00f3n que les capacite para ello, teniendo en cuenta la realidad social y su entorno.<\/p>\n

Los itinerarios formativos que se han llevado a cabo en esta edici\u00f3n del 2021-2022 de los Planes Singulares han sido:<\/p>\n

– Apoyo a la Digitalizaci\u00f3n del Peque\u00f1o Comercio (E-commerce y TicketBai),
\n– Dise\u00f1o de Animaci\u00f3n Orientado al Motion Design, Publicidad e Infoarquitectura.
\n– Placas Fotovoltaicas.
\n– Acceso y Conservaci\u00f3n de Instalaciones Deportivas.
